The On Show Special is due to transmit on BBC Two Wales and BBC 2W on Thursday 21st December at 19:30pm.It is based on Odyssey Theatre's latest hit, A Dickens of a Christmas which was performed in the Wales Millennium Centre from 30th November-2nd December 2006. Odyssey is a participatory performance group and is open to adults of all ages and abilities, including adults with learning disabilities, who share a desire to perform and who can give the commitment that this demands. With full professional back-up, Odyssey has developed a way of adapting or recreating well known stories or genres to give each production its own unique style. |
